Michael Quinn has spent his career doing what Catalyst 360 Solutions now helps others do — running businesses, leading teams under pressure and navigating the gap between operational reality and strategic ambition.
Before founding Catalyst 360 Solutions, Michael served at Senior Management level across a number of organisations — where he led large-scale technical and commercial operations. His career spans senior leadership across manufacturing, technology, engineering and construction sectors. He has managed complex technical programmes, led commercial teams and held P&L responsibility across multiple business units.
That background is not incidental to the Catalyst 360 offering — it is the foundation of it. Michael understands what it feels like to carry Senior Management responsibility, to be under operational pressure while knowing the strategic questions are not getting the attention they need. That is precisely the challenge that Catalyst 360 Solutions was established to help resolve.
